- Clayton is Founder at imagine~hr (www.imagine-hr.com), and formerly Chief Executive at HDA, and a Director of CareerNet International (CNI). He has an MBA from the University of Wales, and has lectured in Human Resources Strategy on the same programme. Prior to joining HDA, he was Head of HR and Finance with a venture capital funded mobile technology start-up, Shazam Entertainment, (now a world famous smartphone app) where he had accountability for building an international team in the UK and the USA.
